Structures we can issue planning consent for you in 24-48 hours (avoiding Council delays)
– Pergola, verandah, outbuilding, garage, shed up to 60m2 in area, 3m post/wall height, located on the property boundary for up to 11m, not located forward of the dwelling, coloured/painted in most residential type zones.
– Agricultural buildings (up to 500m2) in regional areas.
– Dwelling additions in most zones.
– Detached dwelling (subject to certain criteria and an additional Council inspection fee) in most residential type zones.
The Process
– Contact Steve with name, email, phone, address, proposed development type, dimensions (length, width, height), materials, colour, is there a septic tank, are plans (site plan and/or elevations) needed, copy of certificate of title and whether Building Certification is sought.
– A review the proposal will be undertaken and outline the process and fees to be paid via return email.
– Once fees are paid and all information is provided the application will be lodged, verification undertaken and Planning Consent issued.
– The application is then forwarded to a Building private certifier for quick approval or Council depending on fee structure.
– Development Approval is issued by the local Council.
Fees
– Planning certification – fees are only slightly more than the required fees paid to the Council for a much quicker process.
– Development application management – fees are dependent on the complexities and work involved liaising with Council.
– General planning advice – Fees are very competitive in the industry due to our small business scale.
– Fees are subject to GST and paid upfront for Planning certification.
